I was born in SLC, UT and grew up in St. Cloud, FL.  Athletics and fitness have been a big part of my life from a young age.  I was a three sport athlete in high school and competed collegiately in Track and Field.  

Some of my hobbies include:  weight training (and other forms of exercise/training), hiking, playing basketball, doing polar plunges, juggling and video editing. 

Some other random facts about me:

• I’ve experienced earthquakes, hurricanes, and tornados.

• I can solve the Rubik's cube

• My record for holding my breath is 5 min 15 sec

• I can recite the alphabet backwards just as fast as I can say it forwards.

• My shoe size has been 14 since the age of 14 (that has to be significant in some way)

• I once got my nose broken from a student head butting me.
