Cam is a passionate, serial entrepreneur. In 2002, he started an import business that was the foundation for one of the largest online outdoor retailers in the world. Cam served as its CEO for fifteen years. During his tenure, this retailer made several successful acquisitions and launched numerous offshoot companies as it became a market leader in the industry. In July of 2017, Cam assembled an executive team and officially stepped away from his day-to-day role to pursue consulting and angel investing opportunities. Cam continues to serve on numerous boards and assist with business operations and strategies.
Andrew Hong - Board Member
Andrew is a seasoned digital marketing expert with nearly a decade of experience driving top-line growth for companies through integrated strategies in email, search, social, paid media, content, automation, and web design. After beginning his career in consulting, he transitioned into entrepreneurship, co-founding Tobe Agency to empower clients with sales-enabled growth marketing solutions.
Haley Sousa - Board Member
Haley is an experienced attorney specializing in regulatory compliance and enforcement within the energy and utilities sectors. Since March 2020, she has served as Assistant Attorney General at the Utah Attorney General's Office. Previously, she spent over four years at Chelan County PUD managing FERC license and NERC reliability compliance, and held enforcement roles at WECC and as an attorney in Utah. Haley earned her J.D. in International and Comparative Law (Cum Laude) and Master's in Environmental Law and Policy (Magna Cum Laude) from Vermont Law and Graduate School.
Victor Rodriguez - Board Member
Victor is an IT professional with over 15 years of experience in service management, cloud engineering, and enterprise software administration across the tech and smart home industries. He currently serves as a Business Solutions Analyst at Adobe, where he has advanced through roles including Senior Service Manager and Service Manager since 2019, focusing on analytics frameworks to enhance service quality and availability. Prior to Adobe, Victor spent over 8 years at Vivint Smart Home in progressively senior roles. His earlier career included a congressional internship with the US House of Representatives and sales management at Nu Skin Enterprises. Victor holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Utah and an M.S. in Information Technology from Western Governors University.
Laura Olsen - Board Member
Laura is a tax and financial consultant with extensive experience supporting business growth and high-net-worth clients through strategic tax services. Since 2020, she has served as an R&D Tax Credit Consultant at CBIZ in the Salt Lake City area, focusing on R&D tax credits to drive client success. Previously, as a Senior Associate at Grant Thornton LLP (2015-2019), she helped establish the Strategic Federal Tax Services practice in the Desert Mountain West. Laura holds an Executive MBA from Colorado State University, with international studies in Frankfurt, Moscow, and Kazan, and a B.A. in Accounting from Fort Lewis College.
